Brit Chic
Androgynous haircuts conceived from the streets, short geometrical haircuts that will suit both males and females. Clean precise perimeter lines creating jutting angles complimented by longer line fringes that skim the eyes.
Fringes
are really hot right now and are great for emphasising great features and minimising strong features. Blunt fringes and sweeping layered fringes will compliment both bobs and longer styles.
Rock Chic
Mix gothic with rock chic to get the new grunge look for longer hair. The haircut will be blunter with narrow blunt fringes to frame pale faces and gothic eyes. The layering is less subtle to what we have seen in the previous seasons and the centre parting makes a dramatic comeback.
Vintage Glam
Inspired by the glamour of Hollywood retro waves make a huge comeback. 1920’s fingerwaves update dressed hair, combine with crystal ornamentation for a modern twist.
Colour
Colour will be much stronger with darker shades in chocolate and ebony tones. Blondes will be more metallic with an almost silvery feel.
Colour techniques will be more bold with the vibrant colours of the 80’s being updated into the naughties. This will give the haircuts a modern twist. For the more daring, bold monochrome panels under the hairline that flash as you move.
